With a strong passion in the photographic world, the owner of Dimond Photos is going from strength to strength with a huge thanks to Balancing Business. Dimond Photos is owned by Rachel, who specialises in social photography - weddings, babies, portfolio, corporate etc. She is also soon to launch some unusual giftware into the retail market, never leaving behind her scenic landscapes and wildlife photography.

Established in February 2011 and provides clients with tax and accounting advice.  We’re a husband and wife team – Dave is a Chartered tax adviser and accountant and Caroline is a communications manager.

Malvern Optical Ltd 
Founded in November 2010 to provide research and development, optical measurement and test and evaluation services in the electro-optic domain. The company was formed by its four directors who had been made redundant from their previous employment in the same year. As a team with predominantly scientific and technical backgrounds support from Business Link delivered by Balancing Business was useful with guidance during the initial start-up period

Former Cambridge University students Geoff Cunningham, Tom James and Duncan Morrison spotted a gap in the market where they could use cooking oil – combined with their unique proprietary processes – to create biodiesel that can be sold direct to the major fuel providers
